Love the feel of this stick! Nice balance, control and weight for up tempo music. I use it a lot for Latin and Latin flavored tunes. Also, great tone from thinner heads and thinner cymbals, although sounds pretty good with mid-weight heads and cymbals. Only negative is maple doesn't hold up like hickory, but the sound and feel are worth the drawback. I would recommend this stick!
